I am an avid UFC fan. So much so, that I'm starting MMA training in May. I am in the gym 5 days a week.

**UPDATE 2/09/09** - Strained calf muscle.

**UPDATE 2/11/09** - Streetlight Manifesto concert (time to put the calf to the test)

**UPDATE 2/14/09** - I'm healed, friends are coming over Sunday to skate.

**UPDATE 2/15/09** - After skatebaording, I feel sick.

**UPDATE 2/24/09** - I'm healthy again, but I've lost a lot of time in the gym. Heading back this week to catch up.

I'm going to update this site regularly, as training goes on. My current goal is drop down to 155 lbs. I have about 20 pounds to go. I need to gain more muscle mass before anything else, so weight trainging will commence very soon.
